We ship Monday through Friday from Ithaca, New York. Orders placed before 12pm ET typically go out the same day.

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. International shipping is on our list — drop us a line if you're outside the U.S. and we'll see what we can do.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships. If it goes quiet, write to [email protected] and we'll chase it down.
Damaged in transit
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge.
