30-day returns
Return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email [email protected] with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label.
Refund timing
Refunds land back on your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product of equal value. The fastest way is to return what you have and place a new order.
Lifetime forge warranty
All forged tools come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If a blade snaps in normal use, we'll replace it.
